Q2 review

The committed plan came up for its scheduled review. Here's what held, what changed, what broke, and what you checked — measured against the version you committed.

This is a scheduled review, not a reopen. It landed on the plan's own Q2 cadence, so lucix counts it as a review — reopened Jul 8Q2 review. Durability is measured from the calendar, never from a label anyone picked; only an unscheduled revisit reopens.

Data migration timeline

The condition broke: Platform v2 slipped a second time. On the record, in their words:
“Platform v2 didn't land in March or April. Migration is now May — the condition I set held exactly as written.”

A broke is not a failure — it's the truth arriving on schedule. The Data-migration condition did its job: it named the real dependency at commit time, so when Platform v2 slipped, the plan bent honestly instead of pretending. This review changes nothing on its own — to move the May date onto the record, open a new round; the committed plan stays exactly as it was.
